ABOUT OUR SHIP
OWNER BUSINESS船主業とは
船主業とは海上運送法上では船舶貸渡業と定義されており、その名の通り、船舶の貸し渡しを生業としています。
貨物運送に於いて傭船者は荷主から荷物を集め、それを船主から傭船した船舶で運送することで海上運送が成り立ちます。
弊社を含む船主はその船を傭船者へ貸渡すとともに、その船の管理も船主責任として行っています。また、傭船契約の内容にもよりますが、船舶とともに船員の配乗も行っています。
船舶管理とは本船上の機器の整備や船体保守、船の心臓部である機関部のメンテナンスや点検などの整備保守管理、 船員の雇用、配乗及び教育に関する船員の管理、ISMコードに基づいた文書の管理が船舶管理の重要な要素となります。
According to marine transport law, the main purpose of a ship owner business is to lend ship. Maritime transport includes a charter who collects cargo from a shipper, at which the charterer transports the cargo, using the ship borrowed from the ship owner.
Not only is the ship owner responsible for ship management, but depending on the charter party, we also assist in manning the ships with seafarers. In addition, to employing and educating seafarers, we also take charge of Hull and Machinery (Engine and Deck) maintenance, and management of documents based on the ISM code.

久本汽船株式会社は岡山県日生町大多府にて昭和36年より創業しております。
先代は漁業を営んでおりましたが昭和36年に木造船を建造し内航輸送業へと転業致しました。

久本汽船株式会社はこれからも日生地区オーナーとして環境に配慮し、

Hisamoto Kisen Co., Ltd. has been in established since 1961 originating in Ohtabu, Hinase-cho, in Okayama Prefecture, Japan.
Hisamoto Kisen started out in the fishing industry, until 1961 when we built a wooden ship and shift to domestic transportation.
We have been bad times / good times economic with the help of business partners.
As a day one of owner in Hinase, Hisamoto Kisen Co., Ltd keeps the environment in mind, nurtures talent who can bear the next generation, keeps constantly evolving and challenging while keeping in mind safe maritime transport so we look forward to continued guidance and encouragement, Thank you.
